Typically our recruitment process is 1st and 2nd stage interviews, but sometimes (depending on the job role) we may just have a single interview. If we conduct a different recruitment process for instance, an Assessment Centre, this will be displayed on the job advert before you apply for the role.

A. Depending on which role you apply for, there are training courses for you to attend. All new starters are enrolled onto mandatory training which includes Induction and Welcoming Diversity.
