I felt very safe and understood talking to the nurse. I was understood and she was very kind and supportive. It was all dealt with very quickly I had my package the next day (Saturday). Couldn’t fault the service at all.
Absolutely brilliant service. I did not feel judged, I felt supported. I did not feel embarrassed, I felt listened to and put at ease with my decision. All aspects of treatment were 100% amazing, the staff who called were lovely, compassionate and non judgemental which helped so much.
All I can say is that the support, understanding, and care was exceptional from the very first telephone call. I had previously called the local hospital clinic, however I then called Bpas, the person who took my call was absolutely amazing, this followed right through to after my 16 year old daughters treatment. All I can say is thank you to everyone for the support guidance and how everyone treat my daughter with respect and dignity from start to finish. It made a very upsetting stressful and difficult situation go as smoothly as possible ,!
Amazing service from the phone calls to the scan everyone was just amazing. Supportive and helpful And just actually willing to help and answer all your questions that needed to be answered I was soo nervous as I’ve never been in this situation everyone phone call and lady’s that done my scan was just sooo comforting love the customer service at bpas just amazing I wouldn’t change a thing.

Excellent quality of service, I was treated respectfully and all the health care professionals I came in contact either via phone or at the clinic were very discreet and professional. This is a vital service for women and I can't praise BPAS high enough. The procedure, although felt terrifying at first ,was easy to follow at home with very clear instructions. Thank you BPAS.
