You can apply for any of our positions through NHS Jobs and LinkedIn.

These are either displayed on the advert or are on the “Additional Information” section to the right of the advert.

This can vary depending on the role you have applied for. Typically our recruitment process is first and second stage interviews, but sometimes we may just have a single interview. If we conduct a different recruitment process, for instance at an Assessment Centre, this will be displayed on the job advert before you apply for the role.

If you have applied for a role, you should hear back from us within 2 weeks of the closing date of the advert. If you haven’t heard back from us within 2 weeks of the closing date, please assume that you have been unsuccessful.

No. BPAS has its own pay scales.

Depending on which role you apply for, there are training courses for you to attend. All new starters are enrolled onto mandatory training which includes Induction and Welcoming Diversity.

We try and accommodate all requests for work experience, placements and shadowing however, sometimes we cannot accommodate requests. If you’d like to be considered for work experience or a placement, please send your CV to recruitment@bpas.org. We also offer educational opportunities for professionals, trainees and students who wish to gain experience of abortion care work - click here for information.
