Deputy Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Deputy Chief Operating Officer to join BPAS at a significant time for the organisation. As the UK's leading provider of abortion care and reproductive healthcare, BPAS is delivering a renewed strategy focused on our people, patients, and future model of care. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Deputy Chief Operating Officer will provide senior operational leadership across the organisation, helping to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, accessible, and sustainable services while leading operational performance, service improvement, and organisational transformation.

This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality healthcare services across a complex national organisation. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Executive colleagues, and senior leaders, you will help drive operational excellence, strengthen leadership capability, improve organisational performance, and support the development of innovative service models that meet the needs of the women we serve.
