Over the festive period, our services will have adjusted opening hours.

• 24 December: Units, Telephone Consultations Hubs, and the Booking Centre close at 4pm; Aftercare closes at 11pm.
• 25 December: All services closed.
• 26 December: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open from 7am (resuming 24/7).
• 1 January: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open.

Appointments will be limited during this period, so please plan ahead where possible.

BPAS Cardiff is situated is on a pedestrianised road in the city centre, near to Cardiff Castle and opposite Howells Department Store. The Clinic is on the first floor of Elgin House which has a glass revolving door.  

Road - Cardiff city centre is reached from the M4 (junctions 29, 30 and 32). Most of streets surrounding the clinic are pedestrianised, you will need to park in the city centre and walk a short distance to Elgin House

Parking - Public car parks availalble nearby; the NCP at Westgate Street and the John Lewis Car Park are probably most convenient. 

Train - 0.2 miles from Cardiff Central Rail Station (roughly 3 minutes walk). Leave from the main station exit and walk straight ahead. Turn right into Wood Street, walk to the end and turn left into St Mary Street. See www.nationalrail.co.uk to plan your journey.
