Christmas and New Year Bank Holiday Opening Hours 

Over the festive period, our services will have adjusted opening hours.

• 24 December: Units, Telephone Consultations Hubs, and the Booking Centre close at 4pm; Aftercare closes at 11pm.
• 25 December: All services closed.
• 26 December: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open from 7am (resuming 24/7).
• 1 January: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open.

Appointments will be limited during this period, so please plan ahead where possible.

BPAS Middlesbrough is on the ground floor of the One Life Centre, which is a large medical centre in a residential area on the outskirts of the town centre.  BPAS has its own separate entrance at the back of the One Life Centre, adjacent to the car park on the Park Road North

Road - reached from the A19 North and South, A66 Eastb and West (from Redcar/East Cleveland)

Parking - on-site car parking is available
