Christmas and New Year Bank Holiday Opening Hours 

Over the festive period, our services will have adjusted opening hours.

• 24 December: Units, Telephone Consultations Hubs, and the Booking Centre close at 4pm; Aftercare closes at 11pm.
• 25 December: All services closed.
• 26 December: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open from 7am (resuming 24/7).
• 1 January: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open.

Appointments will be limited during this period, so please plan ahead where possible.

Road:

From the A167M (South) - Enter the city from the Tyne Bridge (A167M) at the New Bridge Street Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Durant Road (B1309). Slight left onto Durant Rd/Saville Pl/B1309. Turn right onto John Dobson St/B1307 keep to left hand lane for entrance to John Dobson Street carpark.

From the A1 (North) - from the A1 Southbound take the A696/A167 slip road to Jedburgh/Airport/City Centre. Slight left to merge onto Ponteland Rd/A167. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Ponteland Rd/A167/A191. Continue onto A167(M). Take the A193 exit towards B1309/A187. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Durant Rd/B1309. Slight left onto Durant Rd/Saville Pl/B1309. Turn right onto John Dobson St/B1307 keep to left hand lane for entrance to John Dobson Street carpark.

Parking –  NCP car park on John Dobson Street (Charges apply)  – 2 min walk to clinic.

Train & Metro - BPAS Newcastle is 1 mile (16 minutes’ walk) from Newcastle Central Railway Station. We recommend taking the Metro from Central Station to the nearest stops at Haymarket & Monument. See www.nationalrail.co.uk for details
