Every person I spoke to - whether it was the booking team, the midwife or the aftercare nurse, they were all really lovely, I didn’t feel as though I was being judged, I felt that I was in a safe space and was valued regardless of what I was choosing to do, they were very helpful and understand, no question was too much.
Everything was so smooth and considered. The advice was all clear and helpful, enough that I could re-check it when I felt worried about anything. It was also SO reassuring to know the support helpline is available 24/7. Feel very grateful to have access to such a service.
I had a truly great experience at this clinic. I was extremely hesitant at first and worried about being judged, but from the moment I walked in, I was made to feel completely at ease. The staff were kind, respectful, and compassionate, and they took the time to explain everything without rushing or pressure. I felt listened to and supported throughout the entire process. The environment was calm and professional, which made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs it.
All very fast and I didn’t have to leave my own home, sometimes doing these appointments face to face can make things harder but having phone appointments and posted medication really helped me.
Every member of staff I spoke to was helpful and friendly and supportive. They all explained things to me well and gave me a chance to ask questions. The interactions I had with BPAS staff were the best interactions I think I have had with any health care staff ever. They are excellent and I can't thank them enough.
At first, I thought it will be a difficult process but the attention I received from the staff members was top notch. They are good listeners and communication with them was seamlessly engaging and encouraging. I was supported. Thank you to everyone involved in this process.

There was nothing more you could have done better. The nurse I spoke to was supportive, experienced, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. All of the information provided in the home kit was well labelled and informative, providing reassurance during the whole process.
All of the clinicians I spoke to, both in my appointments and on the Aftercare Team were incredible and I could not suggest just improvements there. When I called the aftercare team they knew exactly what I was talking about and put me at ease.
Overall the experience was as positive as it could be. The leaflet was very informative, others experiences were particularly comforting. The initial consultation was informative and the person on the phone was kind and compassionate. I had to change my appointment, this was easy to do. The package arrived promptly.
Absolutely amazing, extremely supportive and I couldn't have been better prepared for the situation I was in. Extremely satisfied and greatful for the ladies that took the time to help me through a time in my life that was hard and I can't thank BPAS enough.
All staff I spoke to on the phone were wonderful. Listened and cared for me throughout . Couldn't have done any better. I didn't get the ladies name but when I was in total agony last Friday she stayed on the phone with me for over an hour helping me with everything she was amazing. And all the counselling staff too. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to you all. Couldn't have done this and got through it without you there.
