Absolutely lovely staff, a great experience from start to finish. Was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Me and my partner were offered drinks as soon as we walked in, and was offered another after my operation with biscuits. Couldn’t of praised the staff enough for their support, from pre occupying me through the procedure to being friendly and supportive after. Absolutely amazing all.

Overall was really impressed. Only reason I didn’t give 10 was because I needed 3 doses of local anaesthetic, which is to say that there was no fault of anyone’s really, the surgeon was very good at updating me, stopping, applying another dose. just that part was painful until the 3rd dose kicked in, but no one’s fault. Staff were great.
I was treated well by everyone involved in my procedure, from the initial telephone consultation, through to admin staff, nurses and the surgeon. Really impressed and very happy with everything. I didn’t have to wait long for the procedure, it was done locally and I was kept informed and reassured at every step of the way. My recovery has been swift and I put that down to the performance of the surgeon, and the clear advice from the nurses. Everyone’s souls be congratulated!
