Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Chief People Officer to join the BPAS Executive Leadership Team at a significant time for the organisation. As the UK’s leading reproductive healthcare charity, BPAS is delivering a renewed strategy focused on our people, patients and future model of care. This is a rare opportunity to play a central role in strengthening organisational culture, leadership capability, workforce sustainability and employee experience across a complex national healthcare organisation. Working closely with Executive colleagues, Trustees and senior leaders, you will help ensure BPAS has the leadership, workforce and organisational resilience needed to deliver high-quality care and support to the women we serve.
