Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional and values-driven Deputy Chief Medical Officer to join BPAS at a pivotal time in our organisational journey. As the UK's leading provider of abortion care and reproductive healthcare, BPAS is delivering a renewed strategy focused on our people, patients and future model of care. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Deputy Chief Medical Officer will play a central role in translating clinical strategy into operational delivery, leading clinical transformation and supporting the continued development of high-quality, patient-centred services across the organisation.
This is a rare opportunity to influence the future direction of reproductive healthcare within a complex national healthcare organisation. Working closely with the Chief Medical Officer, senior clinical leaders and Executive colleagues, you will help shape clinical services, strengthen medical leadership and workforce sustainability, and ensure BPAS continues to deliver safe, effective and compassionate care for the women we serve.

We want to hear from people who support our aims, purpose and mission, and who share our absolute commitment to women’s autonomy in reproductive rights, including the right to choose abortion.
