Christmas and New Year Bank Holiday Opening Hours

Over the festive period, our services will have adjusted opening hours.

• 24 December: Units, Telephone Consultations Hubs, and the Booking Centre close at 4pm; Aftercare closes at 11pm.
• 25 December: All services closed.
• 26December: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open from 7am (resuming 24/7).
• 1 January: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open.

Appointments will be limited during this period, so please plan ahead where possible.

Vasectomy service: No
Treatment up to 10 weeks

Please present yourself to the main reception for your appointment and you will be directed to the BPAS waiting area

Parking - free parking is available onsite and on-street parking is nearby on the main road by the playing field

Deaf or hearing impaired - please note that after 6 pm entry to the clinic is via an intercom system

Disabled access - this is a wheelchair accessible treatment unit.
