Christmas and New Year Bank Holiday Opening Hours 

Over the festive period, our services will have adjusted opening hours.

• 24 December: Units, Telephone Consultations Hubs, and the Booking Centre close at 4pm; Aftercare closes at 11pm.
• 25 December: All services closed.
• 26 December: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open from 7am (resuming 24/7).
• 1 January: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open.

Appointments will be limited during this period, so please plan ahead where possible. 

BPAS Aftercare service will be closed between 24/12/25 at 11pm and 26/12/25 at 7am. If you require assistance during this time, please call 111, or 999 for urgent concerns. See more Aftercare information here.

Vasectomy service: No
Treatment up to 10 weeks

BPAS Telford Central is located within Grosvenor House at Central Park. 

Please enter Grosvenor House and take either the lift or stairs to the second floor. Suite 2.09 is at the far end of the corridor to the right-hand side of the building. 

Please press the bell on the video intercom system. A member of the team will take your name and grant entry to the clinic.
