Christmas and New Year Bank Holiday Opening Hours 

Over the festive period, our services will have adjusted opening hours.

• 24 December: Units, Telephone Consultations Hubs, and the Booking Centre close at 4pm; Aftercare closes at 11pm.
• 25 December: All services closed.
• 26 December: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open from 7am (resuming 24/7).
• 1 January: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open.

Appointments will be limited during this period, so please plan ahead where possible. 

BPAS Aftercare service will be closed between 24/12/25 at 11pm and 26/12/25 at 7am. If you require assistance during this time, please call 111, or 999 for urgent concerns. See more Aftercare information here.

BPAS Sandwell is in the Glebefields Health Centre, Tipton.  BPAS rooms and reception desk are located on the first floor of the building and a lift is available.

Public Transport - Tipton train station is 1.3 miles from the clinic and bus services (42,43 and 43A) run nearby too

Parking - ample car parking is available onsite
