You will have a consultation before your treatment to 

ensure that it is legal and safe to treat you

Our normal opening hours are:

  • Monday to Friday – 7 am to 7 pm
  • Saturday - 8 am to 4 pm
  • Sunday - 9.30 am to 2.30 pm


For safety, please do not attend your in person appointment at the clinic if: 

  • You have symptoms of COVID
  • Or you are required to isolate.

If your face to face appointment with us is within your 10 day isolation period, please call us to rebook.

Most BPAS abortion treatments are paid for by the NHS - please have your NHS Number available (ask your GP Practice if you don't know it)

The call is charged at a local rate and phone lines are usually open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. When the phone lines are closed, you can leave a message and we will return your call. 

Request a call back - You can request a telephone call by completing the form. We will make a single attempt to contact you from a withheld number, usually within 24 hours of your request.

4  Book a telephone consultation online for NHS funded abortion - women who are registered with a GP from Coventry & Rugby CCG, North Warwickshire CCG and Warwickshire South CCG are eligible for online booking.  This service works best on a mobile phone. 6  Deaf or hard of hearing - call the BPAS textphone on: 0345 365 1450.  Entry to most BPAS clinics is gained via intercom - please check when you make a booking.

We always offer the earliest and most convenient appointment (standby appointments are not available).  

We won't contact your GP without your permission, but we may need to share some personal information with other healthcare providers or organisations in order to provide your care. For example to gain NHS funding or to understand your medical history. Any person receiving your information is bound by strict data protection rules and it will only be used to help you receive the services and support you need.
