Christmas and New Year Bank Holiday Opening Hours 

Over the festive period, our services will have adjusted opening hours.

• 24 December: Units, Telephone Consultations Hubs, and the Booking Centre close at 4pm; Aftercare closes at 11pm.
• 25 December: All services closed.
• 26 December: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open from 7am (resuming 24/7).
• 1 January: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open.

Appointments will be limited during this period, so please plan ahead where possible.

BPAS Dudley is located within St James Medical Centre, Dudley.

Please enter the medical practice and take either the lift or stairs to the first floor. Please enter the First Floor corridor, turning right. Our Reception is at the far end of the corridor on the right-hand side.

A member of the team will take your name and direct you to the waiting area.
