Christmas and New Year Bank Holiday Opening Hours 

Over the festive period, our services will have adjusted opening hours.

• 24 December: Units, Telephone Consultations Hubs, and the Booking Centre close at 4pm; Aftercare closes at 11pm.
• 25 December: All services closed.
• 26 December: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open from 7am (resuming 24/7).
• 1 January: Units and Telephone Consultations Hubs closed; Booking Centre open 10am–4pm; Aftercare open.

Appointments will be limited during this period, so please plan ahead where possible. 

BPAS Aftercare service will be closed between 24/12/25 at 11pm and 26/12/25 at 7am. If you require assistance during this time, please call 111, or 999 for urgent concerns. See more Aftercare information here.

BPAS Peterborough is situated in Broadway Court (off Broadway), in the city centre close to the Cathedral. Broadway Court is through a small archway opposite Tesco Metro (it is signposted)

Train - 0.4 miles (10 minutes walk) from Peterborough Rail Station.  See www.nationalrail.co.uk for details.  Walk from the station over the main road on the footbridge into Queensgate Shopping Centre. Exit onto Westgate, walking East then North onto Broadway
