The role of Chief Nurse & Midwifery Officer is central to BPAS’ commitment to delivering safe, effective and compassionate reproductive healthcare. As a key member of our C-Suite Team, you will shape and lead our clinical strategy across nursing, midwifery, pharmacy and multidisciplinary services, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and patient experience.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will play a pivotal role during a significant period of transformation, supporting the delivery of a new model of care and innovative digital pathways that place women and patients at the heart of our services. Working closely with fellow executives, clinicians and trustees, you will help strengthen clinical governance, workforce capability and organisational performance across our national services.
We are seeking a senior clinical leader with strong professional credibility and board-level experience, able to lead complex services through change while fostering a culture of openness, learning and compassion. Above all, you will be deeply aligned with BPAS’ charitable purpose and committed to advancing women’s autonomy and the right to choose.
