The Quality Account is a statutory requirement and an important way for BPAS to report on quality and demonstrate improvements in the services we offer. The main aspects of a quality account are patient safety, effectiveness of treatments, and patient feedback about the care they receive; and feedback from key stakeholders is also included.
Through engagement and consultation with BPAS colleagues and input from our Trustees through the Clinical Governance Committee, we have identified three quality priorities for 2025/26:
- Accountability and assurance
- Using data to drive improvement
- Patient voice and engagement
