Working for BPAS

As you would expect, BPAS prides itself on providing a supportive and friendly environment to staff as well as clients.

BPAS is flexible and adaptable to change, and this is achieved through a culture of consultation, co-operation and an established employee communications programme. All of our staff have access to relevant training and development opportunities; including a thorough induction upon commencement, access to a comprehensive internal training programme and some externally provided opportunities.

We fully support, and provide opportunity for appropriate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities.

We are able to offer flexible and sociable shifts, both full time and part time, as well as opportunities for people to join our bank of casual workers.

BPAS is now registered as Disability Confident Level 2.

BPAS is committed to a policy of equal opportunity, and welcomes applicants from all sections of the community.

We are the winners of...

The BMJ Awards Women's Health Team 2021 for our outstanding Telemedicine Service!

“I am so proud of Team BPAS. Thank you to each and every one of you for putting women at the centre of our service.”
