We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a virtual live chat on Zoom on Thursday 9th September at 6pm, where you can find out key information about our Appointment Advisor role.

The chat will be hosted by our Recruitment Team, joined by several colleagues from the Booking & Information Centre. This is a great opportunity for you to learn more about the unique services we provide and how you can join a team that supports women and men with their reproductive choices.

We will be placing an advert out for this role after the event.  This role is based in Stratford Upon Avon.

About BPAS

Our Booking & Information Centre at BPAS have some exciting opportunities for Appointment Advisors to join their fast paced and dynamic team.

The Booking & Information Centre employs over 100 colleagues to deal with over 6000 contacts on a weekly basis (voice and email).  They are team of a client centred non-judgmental staff, offering first class client care.

About the Role

When you talk on the phone, you’ll understand that the women and men who call are facing an emotionally complex situation.  You will help callers in an impartial and caring way to identify the right consultation appointment for them.

Appointment Advisors are the first point of contact for all BPAS clients. They primarily make appointments and answer all client related queries in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring they always provide an efficient, client-focussed service.

About You

We want candidates who are confident dealing with a wide range of queries and can problem solve effectively to find solutions for our clients. You will have excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Computer literate, with great attention to detail, along with excellent interpersonal skills.

Ideally, we seek someone who has worked in a customer care call centre environment previously, but if you have got exceptional customer service experience, then this could be the perfect role for you!
