British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS) is the UK’s leading abortion care service. We treat more than 100,000 women each year with medical and surgical abortion. We are an experienced, confidential and caring organisation that has been helping women for over 55 years. To protect and improve the provision of reproductive healthcare services, we use our specialist knowledge to advocate, campaign, comment, advise and educate. Most of the women we help have their care funded by the NHS.
BPAS can send abortion pill treatment for women for use at home following a telephone consultation. This applies to women with pregnancies of under 10 weeks’ gestation. Treatment up to 24 weeks’ gestation is available in clinic.
